Welcome to Gifted. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using our website and for buying our products. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Gifted Love Jewellery 

2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt the site or another user's experience.

We may update or change the website and these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

3. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract with us.

4. Products

We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. However, please note that images are for illustration — the colour and finish of jewellery can appear slightly different on screen depending on your device, and handmade or natural materials may vary slightly between pieces.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and [CONFIRM: include / exclude] VAT.

We try to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you've ordered, we'll contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, processed securely via your payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

6. Your order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We'll send an email acknowledging your order, but a binding contract is only formed once we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.

8. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You have the right to cancel and return your order in line with our Delivery & Returns policy, which reflects your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please see that page for full details on timescales, condition of returned items and how refunds are processed.

9. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product photography — belongs to Gifted or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or that arise from your own misuse of a product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to us processing your information as described there.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
